CONDITIONS OF USE BIEMME GIFT CARD PURCHASED ONLINE

The Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase of items sold in our online shop.
It is sold in four different denominations: €10, €20, €50 and €100 and the amount does not accrue interest.
The Biemme Gift Card has a duration of 12 months from the purchase and is expendable in a single solution, it can then be used for a single purchase on a minimum amount equal to the value of the Gift Card until it is exhausted. It cannot be used to purchase further Biemme Gift Cards.
The Biemme Card is bearer: in the event of loss or theft the card cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced.
No liability can be attributed to B.Evo srl for improper or fraudulent use of Biemme Gift Cards.
In the event that the initial value is insufficient to purchase the desired items, the missing amount must be paid using the other payment methods.
Purchases made using the Biemme Gift Card will be eligible for the promotions in force at the time of purchase.

ABOUT THE BIEMME GIFT CARD

The Biemme Gift Card is valid for 12 months and is not cumulative. It can be spent in one go, i.e. it can only be used for one purchase on a minimum amount equal to the value of the Card. It cannot be used to purchase further Biemme Gift Cards.
