HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT PURCHASED ONLINE

If you wish to return or exchange a product ordered from our online store, or simply request a size change, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
The product exchange is only possible for the same model purchased in a different size and/or color.
Send an email to our Customer Service at info@b-evo.com, indicating the order number of the product you wish to return and the reason for the return. Ship the package to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please use a trackable shipping method to return the product, so it can be traced in case of any issues.

Please note that for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

– The product must be carefully packaged and include all original tags and labels. – It must not be damaged, meaning no scratches, stains, and/or hair. – The product must not be washed, must not have been worn, and must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Once the package is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed as soon as possible through the payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
