SHIPPING
INFORMATION ON SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS
B.Evo Srl is constantly working with the main national and European express couriers to guarantee the lowest shipping cost for every area in Italy and the best service in terms of delivery times, delivery guarantee, and customer service.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
The ordered products will be delivered to the postal address specified by the customer in the order form.
The status of your order will always be available in your personal section. Once the order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package from the moment it is picked up by the courier until it is delivered.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during regular business hours, excluding national holidays and company closures.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs depend on the destination area and the total order amount:
Italy:
– Shipping costs €10.00
– Free shipping for orders over €100.00
Europe:
– Shipping costs €30.00
– Free shipping for orders over €200.00
America/Asia/Africa/Oceania:
– Shipping costs €50.00
– Free shipping for orders over €250.00
Deliveries to some areas may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes required by the destination country. These costs are borne by the recipient and are not included in the invoice amount. For more information, contact the customs office in the country of delivery.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS: DELIVERY TIMES
B.Evo Srl ensures that your package will be received within 3 to 4 days from when our couriers take over the order. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during regular business hours, excluding national holidays and company closures.
The status of your order will always be available in the "My Orders" section of the site, where you can track the package from when the courier picks it up until it is delivered.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS: DELIVERY
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified in the order form.
When the products are delivered by the courier assigned by B.Evo Srl, the customer must carefully check:
– That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;
– That the number of items delivered matches what is indicated on the delivery note.
Any damage to the packaging or products or discrepancies in the number of pieces or details must be immediately reported by the customer, who can contact B.Evo Srl via Customer Service, specifying the order related to these issues.
In the case of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence at the specified address, the courier will send an email notice to the customer with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, Customer Service will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. If Customer Service cannot reach the customer for the following 10 business days or if delivery cannot be made again due to the recipient's absence, the order will be returned to B.Evo Srl.
After 30 days from when the products in the order were returned to B.Evo Srl due to delivery issues, the contract will be terminated, and the purchase order will be canceled according to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of delivery by the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes, and/or the return fee will be deducted from the refund.
B.Evo Srl will refund the amount paid by the customer, net of the return shipping costs and storage fees at the courier's branch.
The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated via email. The refund will be credited to the payment method used by the customer for the purchase. If the customer requests to receive the purchased products again before the 30-day period expires, B.Evo Srl will proceed with a new delivery, charging the return costs and storage fees, in addition to the new shipping fees.
