HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OF AN ONLINE PURCHASED PRODUCT
If you are not satisfied with your product ordered on our online store or simply want to request a size change, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Send an email to our Customer Service email@example.com indicating the order number of the product to be returned and the reason for the return. Send the package to the following address:

The transport costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
Send the return using a traceable shipping method, so we can track it in case of any problems.
We remind you that to be accepted the return must comply with the following:
- The product must be carefully packed and have all the original tags and labels.
- The product must not be damaged, therefore without scratches, stains and / or hair.
- The product must not be washed, must not have been worn, or must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Once the package has been received and checked by our team, the refund will be processed as soon as possible on the payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs, duties and any taxes are non-refundable.
