B.Evo Srl is constantly engaged with the main national and international express couriers to ensure the lowest shipping cost for each area and the best service in terms of time, delivery guarantee and customer service.
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Italy.
The ordered products are delivered to the postal address specified by the customer in the order form.
The order status will always be available in the personal section. When the order is delivered to the courier, an e-mail will be sent with a link to verify the path of your package from taking charge of the courier to actual delivery.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays and company closures.
Shipping costs depend on the destination area and the total amount of the order:
– Shipping costs € 10,00
– Free delivery for orders over € 100,00
– Shipping costs € 15,00
– Free delivery for orders over € 150,00
– Shipping costs € 50,00
– Free delivery for orders over € 250,00
Deliveries to some areas may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes established by the country. These costs are charged to the recipient and are not included in the invoice amount. For more information, contact the customs office of the country of delivery.
B.Evo Srl ensures receipt of your package within 3/4 days of taking delivery of the order by our couriers. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during regular office hours, excluding bank holidays and company closures.
The order status will always be available through the “My Orders” section in the reserved area of the site, where you can check the path of the package from taking charge of the courier to actual delivery.
Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified in the order form.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by B.Evo Srl, the customer is required to scrupulously check:
– That the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;
– That the number of pieces delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to packaging and products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately contested by the customer, who can contact B.Evo Srl through Customer Service specifying the order for which such misunderstandings occurred.
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send an email alert to the customer with a link to arrange a delivery appointment. If it is impossible to carry out the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, Customer Service will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. If Customer Service fails to contact the customer for the next 10 working days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the order will be returned to B.Evo Srl.
After 30 days from the date on which the products covered by the order were returned to B.Evo Srl due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
In case of non-collection of the package or refusal of delivery by the recipient, the shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or the return fee will be deducted from the refund.
B.Evo Srl will reimburse the amount paid by the Customer net of the costs of returning the products and the costs of custody of the same at the courier’s branch.
The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the expiry of the 30 days, the customer requests to receive the purchased products again, B.Evo Srl will proceed with the new delivery after charging, in addition to the costs of the same, the return costs and storage costs.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
B.Evo Srl offers different payment methods:
– Payment by cash on delivery – ONLY ITALY (payment to the courier)
– Bank transfer (all the data for the payment will be indicated)
– PayPal (a company of the eBay group, which guarantees a fast and secure system). Once the payment with PayPal is completed, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where they can access their account by entering their personal email address and password. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid (PostePay) assigned. PayPal protects the buyer’s information as no financial information is passed on. For each transaction performed with this method, a confirmation email will be sent from PayPal. The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.
Purchases made on biemmestore.com are safe and guaranteed. Online payment is completely risk-free. Payment information is encrypted during transmission and managed directly by PayPal. Under no circumstances will B.Evo Srl be aware of the credit card number, nor will it process or store the data provided on its systems. B.Evo Srl will only receive communication of the positive outcome of the transaction.
To ensure the highest level of security for purchases, payment information transmitted over the Internet is encrypted by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK
Every customer of the biemmestore.com website can exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract in the event that one or more of the products received is not satisfactory. A refund will be issued a maximum of 14 days from receipt of goods or from receipt of proof of shipment.
