B.Evo Srl co-operates with the main national and international delivery services to identify the lowest shipping costs for each country and the best service in terms of timing, guarantee of delivery and customer service.
The ordered products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form. Registering on our website allows customers to access the password-protected personal account section, where they can manage an address book of delivery addresses. The status of the order will be always available in the account section.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on national holidays and during business closures.
When the order is handed over to the delivery service, the customer will receive an email containing a link that will allow him or her to verify the location of the parcel from the moment it is received by the courier until actual delivery.
Delivery is considered completed when the products are made available to the customer at the address specified on the order form.
Upon delivery of the products by the courier designated by B.Evo Srl, the customer should carefully check:
a) that the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered and
b) that the number of items delivered corresponds with the number indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging and products, or a discrepancy in the number of items, packages or other information, must be immediately reported by the customer, who may contact B.Evo Srl through Customer Service, specifying the order to which the problem applies.


In case of nondelivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send an email alert to the customer with a link that he or she can use to make an appointment for delivery. The customer may indicate a date and whether the driver should arrive in the morning or afternoon. If it is not possible to complete the delivery on the agreed-upon day, due again to the absence of the recipient, Customer Service will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the customer within the next 10 days, or in the event of a further failure to deliver due to the absence of the recipient, the order will be returned to B.Evo Srl.
After 30 days from the date on which the products were returned to B.Evo Srl due to the inability to complete the delivery, the contract will be terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to Article 1456 of the Civil Code. B.Evo Srl will refund the amount paid by the customer, net of the cost of returning the products and the cost of storing them at the facility of the courier entrusted with the delivery. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated via email. The refund amount will be credited via the payment method used by the customer for the purchase. In the event that, before the expiration of the 30 days, the customer asks for the purchased products to be delivered again, B.Evo Srl will proceed with a new delivery, subject to a delivery charge in addition to the cost of returning the products to B.Evo Srl and the cost of storage.



B.Evo Srl allows two methods of payment through PayPal or bank transfer.
• Once the payment has been completed with PayPal, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where the customer can access his or her personal account by entering an email address and password.
When the customer chooses to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the selected credit card or prepaid debit card. PayPal protects the buyer’s financial information and does not transmit it.
After every transaction executed by this method, PayPal will send an email confirmation. The order amount is charged to the customer’s PayPal account at the time of order.
In the event of cancellation, the order amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
• In case of Bank Transfer, the Customer will be provided with IBAN, SWIFT code and the reason for payment to proceed with the transfer.
As soon as the transfer is accepted and checked, copy of the invoice and a mail confirming the payment will be sent to the Customer.

Online payment is completely free of risk. The payment information is encrypted during transmission and managed directly by PayPal. B.Evo Srl will not see the credit card number, nor will it handle or retain the supplied information on its systems. B.Evo Srl will only receive confirmation of the successful transaction.


To ensure the highest level of security for purchases, payment information transmitted over the Internet is encrypted by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.


B.Evo Srl provides shipment within 96 hours of receipt of the order by our couriers. The delivery time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions and strikes. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays and business closures, to the address specified at the time of order placement. The order status will always be available in the password-protected “My Orders” section of the site, where the location of the package can be tracked from the moment it is received by the courier until actual delivery.


Every customer of the website can exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase contract in the event that one or more of the products received is not satisfactory. A refund will be issued a maximum of 14 days from receipt of goods or from receipt of proof of shipment.
